Foundations is a series of pre/post assessments that measure the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for Reading grades 6-8 and High School English I, II, and III. Foundations was specifically developed to meet the assessment needs for reading at the secondary grades. Each assessment includes 3 passage sets with 10 items, for a total of 30 items per assessment. These assessments are aligned with the Texas State Readiness and Supporting Standards. All assessments are available on CD, making Foundations a onetime purchase for any school setting. Each CD includes a ready to print file of passages, items, and answer key.
